DEFINITIONS

We, our and us in this notice means Integrity First Bank.

You and your means our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship with us by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as deposit accounts or loan accounts.

Nonpublic personal information (what we refer to as “information” in this notice) means information that we collect about you in connection with providing you financial products and services. Nonpublic information does not include information that is publically available such as telephone directories or government records.

Nonaffiliated third party (what we refer to as a “service provider” in this notice) means a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

Affiliate means a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us.
